Kevin, Danielle, and Kyle not a day goes by that I do not think about you guys or shed a tear for Jeni. In fact the tears are flowing right now.......What I would give to pick up the phone and ask Jeni to have lunch or just swing by to say hi. This is just a fraction of what you feel and oh how it hurts.  I love you guys forever!!!!  I promise to be here for you always.
Lea Thinking of you today! October 14, 2009

Dear Jen,

Thinking of you today Jen...  Viewed all of the photo's, tears come to my eyes when I see how happy you made everyone around you....  Pictures of you with Montana, the little appy, the kids at the horse shows...    You were all about the kids, family, friends and critters...

Love & Hugs to Kevin & the kids,

Lea

Jen Dowdall In Sympathy August 25, 2009
I just found out about Jeni when I walked over to the little memorial garden today at Storybook.  I was both shocked and saddened to realize what happened.  Jeni was always pleasant to interact with there at Storybook.  She liked to laugh and you could tell that she truly loved animals.  She will be missed.  Please accept my sincerest sympathies for your loss.  May you always treasure the memories you have of your time together.  Keep those memories of her love alive and she will always be there for you.  Peace be with you.  JMD
Ruth Bandemer Bowman Just a thought or two... August 9, 2009
I just happened to find this site through the Storybook Farm site.  I have been thinking about my dad, Dr. B., so much lately.  I miss him so much, and I know that Jeni is also missed greatly.  I did not know Jeni that well, but what I did know was that when my dad was dealing with his diagnosis of Lymphoma and the ensuing chemo and its horrible effects, it was Jeni that he always said encouraged him in a way that only could come from someone who was experiencing the same thing.  She really made a great difference in his outlook, and for that I am so grateful.  Please know that many people still keep Jeni and her family in their thoughts and prayers...those we love can never truly be taken from us; they live on in everything that reminds us of them- each movement, characteristic, and even the remembrance of their voices.  And someday we will see them again...with Jesus....in heaven.
Angel Mount Their journey's have just begun! August 9, 2009
I just now came across the news that Jeni has left this world for her higher calling in Heaven... In May just shortly before, my brother was also called upon by the lord to enjoy eternal life in heaven... I believe that their journey's have just begun and that life on earth is just a stepping stone to an amazing eternal life beyond our comprehension here on earth!
My thoughts & prayers are with you & all your family and other friends, left behind for now, that they have the deep understanding that it was Jeni's time and that your & their time to be with her Will Come Again...despite Not wanting to loose her I pray you were at the same time comforted in knowing that she is no longer suffering! May you also be Comforted in Knowing How Much she was Loved, How Many lives she touched, How fondly everyone will remember her (Her Warm Smile, Open arms attitude, simple sweetness and caring ways!) May you also be comforted knowing she is at Peace, Finally Reunited with Matt, Mom Ayers and Other dear loved ones, in Heaven And that grateful memories of her will survive here on earth!
Thoughts, Prayers & Love From,
The Mount Family

I only knew Jeni from her being the receptionist at Story Book Farm Veterinary Clinic.  She was a compassionate, understanding woman and I ma sure will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Terri Graham Looking Back May 20, 2009
I am sending you all my support and faith at this very difficult time.  Many years have passed between Jeni and I, but the memories have NEVER faded.  There are a few things I want you to know... Kevin, you and Jeni taught me that you have to be dedicated to the person you choose to LOVE!  Danielle,  I am sure don't remember me but I was one of your biggest fans.  You have always been such a beauty with a great ability to make people fall in love with you.  I know you got that from your mom.  Kyle, I remember coming to visit you a couple weeks after you were born.  Your mom had you in overalls and I think a john deer shirt.  She was so proud to have her little man.  You have a personality bigger than you are and you also get that from your mom.  I hope that I am half the mom that yours was.  She was a great role model!!  Like your aunt Dawn said she saved me on vet bills too.
Kevin~ you are a great man and should be so very proud of yourself for being that dedicated husband.  I am sorry to say that those kind are few and far between.  You are my hero! I now know where Jeni got her strength ...it was from you!!
Kevin I found this poem called Learning Curve by D. Page ~ this only a smal part but I thought it to be fitting.
Life's taken on new meaning
I'll make you proud of me
And when I get down hearted
When things don't do the way I've planned
I know you'll be there with me
Giving me your helping hand
In friendship,
Terri

Keith and Sueann Maynard Our Deepest Sympathy May 19, 2009
We are deeply sorry for such a great loss.  We only knew her and her family for a short time, but we know she was a great wife, mother, friend and animal lover.  Although she will be missed greatly, we are thankful to have known her while she was here and witness such a joyful life she lived.
